3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to fair and transparent service.
A. Subscription / Retainer Services
For recurring management or consultancy services (monthly retainers, subscriptions, ad management, social media management, ongoing support):
- You may request cancellation within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Refund requests made within 14 days will be reviewed fairly based on work already delivered.
- If substantial work has already been completed, a partial refund may apply.

C. Cancellation After 14 Days
After the initial 14-day period:
- Future recurring billing can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds apply for completed service periods.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and timely access, materials, approvals, and business information required to perform services, including where applicable:

- Product information
- Payment methods for ad spend
- Creative approvals
- Communication responses
Delays caused by missing access or approvals may delay delivery.
6. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Fees must be paid in advance or as invoiced.
- Late payments may pause services.
- Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta, TikTok, or other platforms is separate from our service fees unless stated otherwise.
- Payment processor fees may be non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property

- Final paid deliverables created specifically for you may be used by your business.
- We retain ownership of our internal systems, frameworks, templates, methods, and proprietary processes.
- We may display non-confidential work examples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
